Times have changed and funerals are often a celebration of a loved ones life. They are occasions where memories, tears & even laughter can be shared and I believe they are also an opportunity to capture and share the story of a person's life through the people upon whom they have impacted the most. 

 

Unfortunately, losing a loved one is an emotional and busy time where the people closest to the deceased are not always able to fully take in everything that is happening. A film of the ceremony ,and/or a video of people sharing their stories of your loved one to camera, will allow you to look back later, in better & clearer days, to enjoy the stories people share about your loved one and to see the impact their life has had on those around them. It will also allow any friends and family who are unable to attend, to share in the celebration of your loved one's life.

 

I do my utmost to be as unobtrusive and respectful as possible in filming the ceremony and want to make the whole process as simple and inexpensive as possible for you.

 

A film of the just the ceremony is only £250.

 

A film of people sharing their stories to camera is also only £250

 

You can opt for either one or both videos and If you need anything else, just ask.

 

 

Funerals outside the Edinburgh area may incur additional travel charges. Films of people sharing their stories are contingent on holding a reception after the ceremony and peoples willingness to appear on camera.
