I am a Freelance Director of Photography, Camera Operator & Editor based in Uddevalla, Sweden and formerly Edinburgh, UK. I can probably be best described as 'half artist / half engineer', which is why being a DP & Filmmaker suits me very nicely.
I worked with video production companies throughout the UK as well as directly with clients and have over the years worked with organisations ranging from Pizza Hut UK, developing their training videos, to political campaigns, grass roots charities and local small business'. I don't believe that there are any jobs, causes or messages that are too small and that if its something important to you then its worth sharing.
I consider my speciality to be storytelling and my goal is to use my passion and knowledge of Photography and Filmmaking to create unique films that stand out.
I am very proud of the fact that the first short film I was the Director of Photography on was included in the Cannes Film Festival and the 50 Kisses Feature Film. I aim to always bring that same level of dedication and artistry to all my work as I continually grow and learn in this industry.
I work with a range of highly skilled people to enable me to tackle larger projects but I am just as content working on my own.
No matter the stage of your project or if you just want more information, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Director (right) needed a shot and then I remembered Gaffer Tape can do anything.

Behind the Scenes photographer Tibor Galamb got probably the only nice photo of me there is. Even my Mum wants this one framed.

We got 70 shots in just over 6 hours at the Roots & Fruits Deli in Glasgow. An awesome location.

Not 5 minutes after this shot was taken our costume designer, who had boldly been holding people back at the other side of the tunnel came to see if we'd gotten the shot and she was literally followed by an army of people.

Some more Glidecam in the luxury apartment overlooking the Royal Mile.

Me and my two Trolley Boys before we started shooting. I am overly pleased with my costumes.

Me with Daniel Gil Fresneda, possibly the best AC I've ever worked with.

There is a serious amount of Glidecam in this film.
