I first met Simon on the film set of 'Porphyria', a short film based on the poem 'Porphyria's Lover' by Robert Browning. This awesome chilled out sound man who would just disappear into the walls when capturing his audio. I got to know him after the film wrapped and it turned out he was one of the most gifted singer songwriters I'd ever met. (Not surprising when you consider his Grandfather is noted poet Francis Harvey).
He asked me to film a session video for him in the style of the many YouTube videos where cameras pan around aimlessly for the duration of the song. I told him we could do better than that. I think we did.
Filmed entirely at a location near Dean Bridge in Edinburgh in December 2012 (Not September).
